The AI makes me thousands of dollars a month from upselling and is saving my front of house dozens of hours that they would spend taking repetitive calls.
Running an American diner means I do a bit of everything—managing, hosting, and taking most of the calls. I was getting 30–40 calls a day (even more on Saturdays), and it was just too much. I first tried an IVR system, but my customers weren’t having it, and then I gave PopMenu a shot. Unfortunately, it didn’t offer the customization I needed or work with our reservation system.
